need help with paint color for basement please
Comments (1)Hi there! I used Arctic Stone in our newly finished basement. It was actually a color I found at Walmart (I think it was a glidden paint chip from there) of all places, while picking up blue painters tape! I took it to SW and they matched it perfectly! I don't have pics at the moment, as we are still moving furniture into the space, but I hope it helps. For me, it was the right amount of color, without looking like a baby nursery. It may be lighter than what you were looking for, based on the colors you mentioned, but I thought I'd put it out there anyhow. HTH Here is a link that might be useful: Arctic Stone...See MoreBasement help paint color help update curtains

Comments (0)I am looking for help to find paint colors for our bathroom remodel. I am planning on using Adura luxury vinyl tile flooring, the color is Graffiti Patina, in my small basement bathroom. We are going for an industrial style. The floor color contains both dark brown and grays which I think will go well with both our cream toilet and sink and white shower. Any paint color recommendations to match the flooring? We are going for a split/2-tone look like this, with a dark floor, medium shade paint color for the bottom half of the wall, and a light off-white shade for the top half of the wall. Any help is much appreciated! Also any real world photos of the Graffiti Patina flooring would be helpful as well!...See MoreBasement paint color help
Comments (1)"Foolproof" is a tall order, dude. But if I were you (I'm looking for inspiration to repaint my basement TV room, myself) I'd consider an olive green, as bright or muted as you please. Green would be a great contrast and complement to the gray and mocha; sort of a substitute for the lack of window-views of trees (or maybe your basement has windows - you didn't say)....See Morehoussaon
