It's nice of you to offer, but, I did have a facebook profile, etc, and I don't have much to post. I like my privacy, I am not a Farmville fan. My best friend and aquaintences eyes glaze over, when I describe the Live oak with an insane grin on my face, or the White oak etc etc. but as long as I can use this forum as an outlet, and not have all my personal info available to all, I'm more confortable. There are a couple who have my address, but I have theirs, from seed swaps and as long as they aren't stalking me, I ain't stalkin them. Joking but you get the gist.

Anything you don't know how to do, just google search for the answers. Just remember when filling out your profile information, don't give out your personal information. I have seen some people say that they don't use their real names, but as far as I know...everyone that I know uses their real names....I don't know a soul that uses some fictitious name. I actually google searched for my name and not a thing came up that was ME on facebook. And if you have your security settings set to where only your friends can see it, then if someone goes to your facebook profile page by searching for your name(within facebook), all they will be able to see is your name and the profile picture you've chosen. On mine, I just use a picture of an animal and not my face...I'm not trying to reconnect with people I've known from the past. Just be careful that your don't accept bogus friends, I used to get that all the time for some reason but I never do anymore.

My only idea would be to check your junk/spam folder. If Facebook claims it sent an email to the Verizon mail server, whether or not it actually gets there should have nothing to do with your machine. Right? How are you checking your mail? Are you using a client such as Outlook or Thunderbird to read mail? If so, you might eliminate that variable by logging directly into Verizon's mail server. Houzz has made ALL of our PRIVATE user names display from certain devices. I have noticed it from an iPhone and iPad using safari as the web browser. This is a HUGE privacy issue and a total violation of privacy. By making this post on Sunday, you made them aware 4 days ago. Houzz, this needs to be fixed immediately!!!!!
