Air circulation with radiant heat.

Dan

Howdy everyone,

We have an in-floor radiant heat as our only source of heating for the house. Which we love and one of the reasons we bought the house. Warm floors in the winter is a wonderful thing.

However, I have pretty severe asthma which is one of the reasons we moved to Colorado as there is relatively no humidity here. (It's 97 degrees here and the relative humidity is 35%)

One thing I don't like about radiant heat is that there is no air circulation thus no air cleaning. ( I do have some portable units though)

All the ductwork from the old system was removed by the prior owner (PO) when he converted it to the in-floor heat otherwise, I would use that to circulate and filter the air. For the summer, I have added furnace filters to the window fans I have installed.

What can I do to add whole house air circulation through an air filter that won't break the bank and to add some air exchanges to remove the bad and keep the good.

Thanks for your help in this issue.

Thanks, Dan
