Need help with Powder room accents

Hello creative minds! I need some ideas for my powder room. In the photo, you’ll see I have an open corner space near the toilet where I envisioned putting a floor vase of 24” or higher but not to exceed the wainscoting (36”). You’ll also see in the other photos, hanging on the wall are picture frames with vases. The vase I picked out is a Round Tapered Floor Vase (24.4'' H x 11.6'' W x 11.6'' D) by Heather Ann Creations (pictured below). This sort of compliments the ones in the picture frame. Is the floor vase too much since I have picture frames with vases? I am also open to other ideas or suggestions to fill in that space. Thank you in advance.

Regarding accents for your powder room - they work better when they are a different color than the back ground. Your art blends into the wall since it has a reddish frame. A black frame would make the art stand out from the wall. I like the floor vase but not with the wall paint. Gold or red might be nice, but we cant really say since we cant see the rest of the room.

Do you have anything else in the house that is either dark wood or black that might work in the room?

I wouldn't put in images of vases and then a vase as well. I agree with the comment above - your art would really pop if you had different color frames

Hi all! Thanks for all of your suggestions. The laundry chute is non functional as the previous owners inadvertently blocked part of the opening in the basement when they had it finished. I'm thinking about skipping the shelves and putting a towel bar and then some artwork hanging on the wall above it. @boxerpal The color is SW Grape Mist. I really like how it turned out!

I think a rich cream color would look very nice with the rest of the room. I am thinking something very much as the pillows in the left of your photo appear. Then if you're not totally wed to the mirror above the fireplace you can bring in artwork and some candles to pick up the cream of the chair. I assume the recliner you mentioned is in the upper right hand side (where for some reason another commenter moved a television into place.). A pillow or small throw placed on the chair can correlate to the rich cognac color of your sofa and love seat. Good luck.

What was the reason for the accent strip? IMO it seems like an after thought with no plan. You have a tiny space so what vanity are you planning ? I would do a very small wall hung vanity in maybe a blue from the tile to tie it in somehow. As for the mirror I like one you have bit I would not do that dark metal in this space go a nice nickel a one piece toilet and something like this for the vanity but painted the dark blue. Take the e shelf away and apint the walls a really pale blue make sure the lighting in also nickel and the bulbs are LEDs in 4000K . I am wondering why a tub in a PR though.

First of all--that is a stunning vase! It would work but I would suggest changing the art on the wall if you want to use the vase or find something else that is appropriate in size. I would suggest something in black and gold with maybe a little green for your art. I would let the star of the show be that vase!

I need to see your powder room not someone elses and IMO vase pics and a vase a bit to cheap hotel look for me.
