i believe that if you are selling under a certain amount per year you do'nt need any permits. Just as having a garage sale does'nt need to have a business permit. There is a house on a major highway by me that sells potted plants(alot of them )ie; 300,@ 2 times per year. They have done this for at least the last 10 years and i say good for them. Uncle squander can't make do with what they have from u.s. so i say why would we try to give them more?

I guess I have posted too many picture this month so now they are being held hostage by photobucket. I don't have time now to fix the issue but I guess they will reappear at some point in time. Meanwhile I want to thank everyone for your congratulations and formyou compliments. As I held my grandaughter today, I was thinking of that day 29 years ago that I first held her mother. @Tristan Garvin What a beautiful transformation! I'm using your post as inspiration for decorating my son's nursery that has knotty pine paneled walls. It's a tiny north facing room, and I think a cream rug and drapes would help brighten it a ton. Do you mind sharing what curtains you bought? I love how they look like sheers but you can't see the wood behind them. I love the prints as well. And how has the white rug held up because I want one of those as well, but am nervous about the upkeep in a nursery. Thanks!

There are several ways you could make your own pots. The easiest would be with wood, with plastic liners. You could make them out of clay in any shape you wished, downside you would have to fire them. You could make them out of something like fiberglass or similar material. Lately I have notice there are many items sold in nice rigid plastic container. Go to the store find the shape and size you want, and enjoy the contents. We recently got some Dove candies in a clear rigid plastic container that is so nice we are looking for a way to repurposed it. It would make a great terrarium for a school project, or your own use. Many decades ago we help our niece make a terrarium out of a coke bottle for a school project. It won a prize. If you want the repurposed container, and it fit the size you want, you could paint it to a desirable color
