I'm 100% with Virgil. Do not stain the garage door, no matter what! Paint it the same color as the house (or a slightly darker shade if you're feeling WILD) so it doesn't become the star of the show. Here's a photo of my previous house (it was a semi-custom craftsman in Minnesota). It's not as gorgeous as your inspiration photos, but it might help to see the door/sidelight option in the wild. (Siding is James Hardie Mountain Sage, trim is Sailcloth, window are a true white)

I think a light grey would look very smart - white trim. Be sure to paint the garage door the same color as the house to help it disappear.

For the trim color I like the lighter one better. Seems to work with the brick more. Personally I don't think the green works with your house, but that's just me. I would probably look more towards a taupe on the siding. Regardless, once you've removed the shutters don't reinstall them. They are much too narrow to work with the windows. I would also paint the garage door the same color as the siding. I would not paint the brick. You take a no maintenance product and turn it into a long term maintenance issue.
