I haven't had too many different brands in my home but I've found the Pegasus brand from Home Depot to be the best bang for the buck. If price isn't an issue I absolutely love Porcher cabinetry. Here is a link that might be useful: Porcher

We did our kitchen remodel with Shenandoah cabinets through Lowe's and had a good experience, too. Our Lowe's KD teaches drafting at a local high school so we were confident with his measuring abilities and the installer (sub contracted through Lowe's) is also a custom cabinet builder so he was awesome. We really lucked out but I've heard bad things about some Lowe's KD's and installers. The turn over rate is very high for their employees and the training isn't great from what I understand. So you really need to be careful. The customer service with Shenandoah has been excellent and the cabinets are very nice. Like someone else pointed out though, the little extras like corbels and matching beadboard and all that stuff is ridiculously high. So we stained our own beadboard (found a stain that matched our cabinets perfectly on our own, didn't buy Shenandoah's stain) and our own corbels. We saved $1200 on the beadboard and $740 on the corbels! We also purchased a Kraftmaid cabinet for our powder room and it's very nice as well. Shenandoah didn't offer a corner vanity unfortunately. I used Scherr's custom RTA frameless cabinets. My kitchen is 8'x14'; I had about 25 linear feet of cabs. Our initial estimate was $7500 for industrial-board (particle-board) construction and melamine interiors, or $8500 for 3/4" plywood boxes and hardwood veneer interiors. This price included standard Blum drawer slides and hinges, but no pull-outs, etc. We wound up upgrading essentially everything it was possible to upgrade (premium wood, stain, soft-close hinges, undermount drawer slides, stacked upper cabinets, expensive Haefele and Rev-a-shelf pullouts and super susan, etc.). This ran about $15k + $800 shipping. A quote for Crystal cabs was about $3k higher. Here is a link that might be useful: Scherr's RTA cabinets.

As others said, that's a pie cut hinge, also sometimes sold as a bifold hinge. Rockler sells one made by Blum (which I linked below your comment on another post). Hafele and Grass also make them. Before you buy one, verify whether your hinge requires both cabinet doors to have the 35-mm cup that you show in your photo (the flat area with the X) versus a cup on only one door. Some bifold hinges are made to have only one door with the cup, where the side of the hinge that mounts on the other door just mounts flat (no cup). Others (like Hafele) are made for cups on both doors.
