I have a platform bed like that without the headboard (since ours is in a bay window). When dressed, you barely see the bed (at least the way I dress it) so the matching dresser wouldn't be a big deal. I'd do the two, but definately not the side tables. That's too kit like :o( Mirror pieces would be lovely, but keep them substantial in scale to go with the bulk of the bed headboard. I'd also love to see some black pieces considered. You can go with a lovely iron urn with a marble top and say a antique sewing table (iron on the bottom) which makes a great night stand, or do a desk on one side :o)

Nice dresser. Also like that quilt. See if you can find something that will "go with" or at least not clash with the dresser. If you had only the wrought iron bed, anything would go with it but by adding an antique dresser, you've limited your search to something that will "go with" or at least not clash with the dresser … otherwise your room is going to look as if it is where you put the stuff you don't want elsewhere. What you use doesn't need to also be antique but consider looking for something with the same color/finish as your antique dresser.

@Molly - yes I have enough space in the room to fit the Westcliffe nightstand next to the bed. But it just makes me think is it worth spending 1600 on 2 nightstands !!!

I found 2 nice ones at my sisters attic in Scottsdale. Another place to look is Ladlows clearance store.
