Comments (6)Itlrot: Just when I say I don't like shades you send this one. I like this. Avesmor: The ceiling is at least 11 ft so I can go pretty big and dramatic. Definitely no glass shades and I prefer down light (I think) Bh401: Thank you for all of these images. About two years ago I asked for a dining room chandelier idea and I bought one that looks like your number 1,6 and 7. I think they might be too close in proximity to go that similar. I'm off to search all of your links now. Thanks....See MoreHelp picking out new pendant lights in entrance way- what style?
Comments (24)Are we talking about the "entry" right at the front door? Or the space up on the step up area toward the stairs. Basically, though, it's the base of the table that will somewhat define the style. The more rustic, it becomes more "Mountain lodge" and the more refined it can go modern, contemporary or even more "transitional". They are also pretty expensive so before you invest money there, figure out how much you want to or can spend now, and then start selecting things you like and create an "Ideabook" here on Houzz. That will help you "define" which style direction you like. You can "like" a number of styles, but ultimately one will become more apparent than others....See MoreHelp me choose my front entry porch tile, please
Comments (80)Well, painting our doors is taking much more time than anticipated! Partly bc we decided to take them off to lay flat and spray for a smoother finish. Plus my husband decided to work on building our shed yesterday so i had to wait for help on a few occasions. But we need a shed so that’s ok! Prep took forever bc the doors are not in great shape. And those darn windows! But I got both doors prepped and we sprayed 1 coat of primer on 1 door. But then couldn’t move it right away and then had to hang them before dark! So we will finish this weekend! I’ll post pics when done. Thank you!...See Morehelp me pick the tile please
Comments (4)The dark one is beautiful, but when you look at the whole room, it would significantly darken the room. I would opt for the lighter flooring. Good luck!...See MoreKara J
