No problem. You might also consider getting a very small residential built-in or even countertop unit for immediate use indoors, and placing a bigger more long-term unit in the garage, basement, etc. You might get more for your money that way (i.e., the bigger unit will be ugly and possibly noisy, but work really well, while the inside unit will not work as well but will be much more attractive and quieter). Also, are you looking to store reds, whites, or a little of both? If all red, proper storage temperature and serving temperature are pretty close. Probably a little colder than most are used to in US (about 55 degrees), but actually better usually than the full room temp usually served here. Its also a good temp for keeping/aging beers that improve with cellaring, like some Belgians. If you are looking at storing all white or sparkling, you can store a few degrees lower, but you will probably want to chill even further for service... you can store it at service temperature, but that retards aging so it isn't ideal for the longer term. I keep all mine at red storage temperature, and when I pull out a white or sparkling I either (a) put it in the regular fridge for a while, if I have planned ahead, or (b) use an electric wine chiller (the kind that has cold packs and swirls chilled water around the bottle - pretty cheap at bed bath and beyond or similar. In general, the exact temp isn't as important as avoiding rapid swings in temperature - it is the rapid changes back and forth that damage the wine most. Choosing a temp too cold will slow down aging, and too warm will speed it up, but swinging back and forth rapidly will quickly destroy your bottle. Humidity and vibration are also concerns, of course, but temp is the biggie. What part of the country are you in? If you are in a wine-growing area, there is likely at least one brick and morter store specializing in wine storage. In northern california, for example, the Wine Hardware Store (which is associated with the Wine Appreciation Guild, and is also online) has four physical locations where you can go actually see/touch units...

We have a Magic Chef wine AND beverage cooler...we wanted it to store soda, beer as well as a few bottles of wine...it was from HD and cost $300-$400. We went to Magic Chef's website and bought and additional glass shelf because we wanted more can storge than wine bottle. So we removed one of the wine bottle shelves and put in this extra shelf. We love it...and it is soooooo quiet..lucked out there I believe. The wine cooler was almost an after thought..and just thought it would be somethinf fun..however, I couldn't justify paying as much for a wine cooler as we did our new fridge, so that is why we went with this affordable option. We thought that maybe down the road, if/when we could afford a higher-end wine cooler, we would get one. What we love about this wine cooler that is sooo hard to find, is that it has a black interior..most have white...I like that when the light is on inside that it is a nice accent light to the kitchen and it doesn't look like a typical white refrigerator inside.

I think your desired wine rack is goint to be determined by whether you are a serious wine drinker or not. If wine is more incidental, then there are all sorts of decorative wine racks you can use...but you should locate them so the wine is maintained at a constant, desired temperature, away from light and sunlight. I'm a serious wine drinker and collector, so my wine racks are very practical, and are located in my unfinished basement. Each wine rack holds 110 bottles, and one is dedicated to reds (and almost constantly filled, as reds are my favorite), and the other is dedicated to whites, sparkling wines and champagnes. All of my bottles are labeled with hanging tags so I can more easily review and select the wine to serve. And the wines are kept a constant temps, and away from artificial or sunlight. While not pretty, I love my wine racks because they help me organize my collection, and store it safely.
