Do wall ovens *need* to be part of the work area?

...or is it okay to have them away? This is kind of what we are thinking for our kitchen layout (new construction). I think I’d rather have the counter space around the cooktop than wall ovens in the space? Thoughts? I rarely use my oven (although when we do sometimes I wish I had 2)...like lasagna and garlic bread, two pizzas, etc. Thoughts on this layout? Too far to carry hot food?
