Can you please look at this recipe and tell me ...

I want to roast the squash mixture ahead of time. Actually it's in the oven now. I want to make the risotto next weekend, where I won't have access to an oven. Is there a point at which I can freeze the roasted squash? Puree it, or leave it in chunks? I will have a stick blender with me.
