jenny, I agree with LilBit, pot is too large so when repotting change that too. I think I would use unglazed pot, it will dry up faster. I would also mound-up the soil so it sits higher. Just use easy draining mix. Is it coir in your pot? wantonamara gave you excellent advice, so consider that. Mine grow very well, multiply, flower all the time. But the conditions are just little more favourable (closer to Germany than Malaysia). Remember, these may be little more difficult for you to grow, but there is so many other plants you can keep easier in your area that are much more challenging for us in colder zones...so don't give up, it could work with some effort. (Not to lecture you so pls. don't get upset, but you brought it from Germany? I know, it is very tempting, but plant material is not supposed to be taken from other countries to prevent spread of possible diseases etc...Where was it growing there - in ground or in container?) @alisa they look like they match the color of the markings! When I get back to Guam I'll send some photos. My weather is very similar to Singapore's (humid and hot all year round) so my current watering rituals are to water once a week, slowly until water comes of the bottom of the pot. I don't have a specific ratio of what my soil mix is, but it's made up of a little potting soil, pebbles, and soil from my yard (which has more little pebbles). Throughout the day (7:30am-6pm), they're outside on my west-facing window sill and catch the late afternoon sun. I've had majority of them for 2 weeks and so far they're all still alive. Loving the learning process and I'm so happy to discover this super cool community!!!

Don't know, likely just mechanical damage from being bumped. But that Aeonium needs faster draining soil than appears in that pic. Quick & easy fix would be to use Cactus & Succulent mix combined w/ Perlite (in equal parts).

Looks like a cutting that has only recently been rooted?? Think you need to take a close look at the root system, post some pics of it when you’ve shaken off the current soil mix please. It doesn’t appear to have been a really a good specimen to start off with I suspect, even when it did have those fallen leaves still attached, sorry :-/ Gill
