Maybe it’s just me, but I went looking for pictures of kitchens with warm light brown cabinets with gray walls that I thought looked good and I didn’t find any. Everyone is wanting gray these past few years, but it doesn’t work everywhere. Plus it’s on its way out as a trend. I hear beige is coming back in, whatever that means. I think you need a warm color in the kitchen, but not that red.

I would suggest using a grayed down blue or green in the kitchen and then a coordinating gray if you still want it in the living room. Just one opinion, I”m sure you’ll get others.

Do a web search of gray kitchens with honey brown cabinets and see if you come up with some you like and see if you can get some direction.

Gray will not look good with those cabinets and those floors. In addition, its trending out as well.

I would concentrate on priming over the red walls in the kitchen. It will take 2 coats. Then look for a light warm color that complements your wood tones. Something like SW Iviore looks great and has a warmth that grays never manage.

Ohhhhhhhhhh boy! Gray is neutral color and works great with wooden kitchen cabinets!

People do not know what they talking about.

PLEASE don't paint all your walls gray! It will be like living in a cave. As for the kitchen, dark cabinets will make the kitchen...well, dark.

You can go with gray color but brown family, some kind may be taupe?

Kitchen looks like I posted before, but a little different with red/purple undertone. I think it looks better with floor.

I am a little bit concern about how these two colors in living and kitchen work together.
