Orange is just not working with the floors or the wall color...keep it simple if you like more mid century modern....add light colored chests...mid century style like I posted...keep blue lamps size will work well with large chests....add neutral more organic style rug.....remove existing chair and bring in the dark brown leather you mentioned...a large black and white piece of art over bed will look amazing with the color of the accent wall you have now...keep it simple add burst of color in pillows and a throw...cover bench in that rich royal blue that is draped over the bench. furniture placement... move dresser to large wall where the tall armoire is...put a large mirror over it with a large lamp. put tall armoire where the dresser and tv was add a low console next to the left of the door across from bed for TV...

It might be one thing if you had something very special in mind to display there (Dad's vintage surfboard, Aunt Ethel's wooden snowshoes -- something interesting and of deep sentimental value), but you don't need to hang anything up there at all. Definitely don't go looking for something just to fill the space; it's not necessary.

I love gray bedrooms I find them very restful This is one of my faves for sure but I usually pant walls in a bedroom after choosing bedding so is what you show what will be your bedding. I have no idea why the emerld unless there is some of that somewhere in the space . I love drapes in bedrooms they give a feel of luxury and also work well for light control. BTW you need much larger lamps and IMO the bench is too small for the scale of the bed . Unless you get a huge rug I actually prefer nice small ones on either side of the bed I even often use sheepskin ones for a really cozy place to put your feet. Can you take a better pic of the whole space ?
