A T&T yummy pasta salad recipe

COLD TEXAS TORTELLINI SALAD

For best flavor make a day ahead and refrigerate.

1 lb. small tortellini, cooked according to pkg. instructions.

1 cup olive oil

3/4 cup white wine vinegar

1/2 tsp. ground black pepper

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp. chili powder

1 tsp. dry mustard

1 tsp. paprika

1/2 tsp. cumin

1 tsp. salt

Dash of Tobasco sauce to taste

1 cup diced green peppers

1 cup red onions, diced

2 cups chopped tomatoes

6 tbsp. Picante or Barbecue sauce

Mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate, covered. Sprinkle with 1 cup grated cheddar cheese just before serving.

Speaking from experience be prepared for many requests for this recipe.
