From your picture it looks like the lower windows by the fireplace are about the same height as your side windows. Could you put the same curtains/shades/drapes on these windows and put a blind on the top windows by the fireplace. IMHO the curtains should be all the same in one room.

I have a very similar window in my family room but, since it faces the woods, I leave it free of treatments and hang my sculpture pieces in it. I do have an idea though. Get regular drapes for each side and add a valence across the middle. You can place them higher on the wall than the window frame but not so high as to allow the top of a shade to show. When I did mine in my bedroom I did just that and then added duette fabric blinds that matched the drapes in color and also a room darkening shade on a rod that jutted out a bit more. That way, during the day I raise the shade and the fabric blind gets raised half way. In the evening I pull down both of them. You need to use a rod for the valence and drapery that extends out far enough to compensate for the two treatments that will be under the valence. Have I made that too complicated? It's actually very easy and I found it to be the most reasonable way. I bought the curtains at Country Curtain and the darkening shades and fabric blinds at Lowes.

They do make shads for half rounds, but that wouldn't fit properly in this case. You are going to need to do something a bit "custom" in nature and I would do it out of the same materials that the blinds will be done in (assuming fabric vs. wood).

Hey There: When it comes to eyebrow shape windows you can do bottom up top down operating blinds. The blinds will go up where the arch starts (the arch itself will not be covered) but in your situation there is no problem with light and privacy. The beauty is that you can raise the blinds from the bottom and still be able to enjoy the view...all blinds will be inside mount installation...
