My petunias aren't blooming - please help

LovesMoons

I bought 4 supertunias 2 or 3 weeks ago and planted them in a large container (about 1 ft wide by 4 foot long). When I bought them, 2 of the plants didn't have any blooms. I assumed it was because they weren't getting much sun at the garden center (they were in a covered garage area). Since then, they still don't have any blooms.

What can I do to get them to bloom?

Should I fertilize the petunias or will that make them get bushy leaves but no blooms?

I read that petunias prefer a balanced fertilizer (e.g. 10-10-10), but I also read that petunias like a lot of phosphorus in the fertilizer (e.g. 10-50-10). Which should I get?

Are my petunias doomed or will they be okay with a little patience? Any advice appreciated.

Here they are, with a geranium:
