Asbestos under hardwood and air vent contamination

I just had asbestos abatement done in my kitchen and bathroom, where there was vinyl flooring that tested positive. The rest of my house has hardwood. When I looked in the air intake register (for HVAC) today, I found a piece of vinyl flooring that looks identical to the vinyl sheeting that was just removed from the bathroom. I can also see what appears to be vinyl under the hardwood floor, from the cross section visible in the vent. (This is not the asbestos tape that is often found in these vents.) Does any one know if I need to replace all my floors? Basically, if I have asbestos vinyl under the hardwood, is there a danger of it falling into the air intake system (if its friable), as the air intake seems to be running open under the floors, rather than being a sealed pipe?
