Chicken Hamonad[o] Sausage from 99 Ranch Market

Last Sunday we went to Gardena to go to a Japanese gardening supply store to get some perlite (which I could not find in stock anywhere closer), and while in Gardena, we went to a Peruvian restaurant for lunch, that was next door to a 99 Ranch Market, and so we went to the market after lunch. This is a fairly large market - supermarket size - but it is also the closest Chinese market to us. I normally do not go to Chinese market, but I do go to Japanese, Thai, Indonesian, and Korean markets, although the Korean markets are a bit further. There are a lot of Japanese markets close to us. Anyway, the 99 Ranch Market was almost overwhelming, and I did not recognize a lot of the things that I found on the shelves, but I did find some chicken sausage that I decided that I wanted to try. The label says "Chicken Hamonad Cook & Smoke, Product of USA". First of all, "hamonado " was misspelled, and so I thought perhaps "Cook" meant "cooked" and "Smoke" meant "smoked". However, reading more on the label, I found warnings about raw meat and instructions to cook thoroughly, and so now I think the sausage was raw. I decided to cook it anyway, which I did in the pressure cooker, just to be safe.

What do you think they meant by "Cook & Smoke"? Was I supposed to cook it and then smoke it? Normally I would smoke it first. What is "Hamonado" sausage? While I have already cooked (steamed) the sausage, I have not eaten it yet and am not sure what to do with it. I have a feeling now that this is a Filipino sausage and might be sweet, which I would not like especially.
