Hi, everyone.

I was a pretty avid gardener when I lived in Northern CA, and then in Washington State. I then lived in apartments for a couple of years ago. I am now living in a house in Central MA, which apparently is Zone 6a.

A local landscaper is doing some plantings for us the week after next. Among other things, there is an area in the back yard where I'm going to have some tall pots, each with whatever tall plant I decide on with the landscaper and some annuals.

I was thinking of tucking in a few small bulbs or corms for later summer bloom. Does anyone have any suggestions? Ranunculus? Freesias?
