How do I straighten this Shaina Japanese Maple

My poor Shaina Japanese Maple has had a terrible year. First the tree was bent by the snow (we had it wrapped in burlap) and then a segment of a fence fell on it. It now looks like this:

this picture is a front view. The fence fell down from the left and it shaved two branches


this is a close up showing the marks left by the fence (top side) and the healing crack caused by the snow that accumulated on the top of the tree (this is a close up)

This is an overview (the left side is actually straight but the perspective and the phone distorted the image) Take as reference the piece of wood to the left

So bottom line the tree is bent on two directions and the bottom side has that healing crack ....

What should I do with it ? How can I straighten the tree, first the trunk and then the position of the trunk?
