Aquilegia vulgaris 'Barlow Blue' or columbines. She's one of my top favorites to grow. Columbines typically have "spurs", so you may not have associated this one with columbine.

Right, looks completely different than my Aquilegia chrysantha 'Hinckleyana'. he foliage does look similar now that I look again.

The photo was taken at an open air market in Singapore. The logic was that without ice the customer gets more soda/juice so they have to pay more. We bought drinks from this vendor, and having never encountered this type of situation, I got kind of a kick out of it.
