Exterior House Paint Colors

I have a very old (100+) rental home in another state. It needs painted badly. Repairs were made last year then winter came and couldn't get it painted.

For the body of the house I am considering SW Nebulous White 7063 which is in the GY family with LRV 74. For the window frames, soffit, and eaves I was thinking of using SW Silverplate 7649 in the Y family with LRV 53.

I have used Silverplate in the past and it has been a great interior color but I have never used it outside. Will it show a greenish undertone? How does Nebulous white look outside, any undertones come through?

So will these colors work together? Is there a more complementary color combination? Any suggestions or advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I don't think I am liking the Nebulous White, too grayed and not enough contrast. Maybe Extra White 7006 would look better LRV 86 it is YG. Should I go darker than Silverplate for even more contrast? Yikes, I don't know what to choose.

Ellie Gray 7650 LRV 40, in the GY family might look good with Extra White. Anyone have an opinion about these colors?

Navy would be good, but so would a number of other colors. I would keep the trim light to highlight it as you have some interesting details. I don't think I would paint the foundation wall the same color as the body of the house, maybe just leaving it the current gray. Getting rid of the siding around the porch and doing rails will be a big improvement for a very small cost. We have a new roof with shingle color Storm Gray, a bit on the darker side. I have plantation shutters in all my windows in a cream color, not pure white. We live where there’s lots of sunshine and hot weather. Thinking of painting the house with a light gray and cream trim. We have nice green landscape most of the year. Any suggestions?

Painting the siding a dark color makes the house look top heavy above the light colored stone. I get the impression your stone has a lot of golden warm tones in it, so cooler grays are not really working, IMO. Which of your pix is the closest to reality as far as color goes? Of course, color is in the eyes of the computer screen too. If you can load a pic of your house into some of the major paint company sites, they often have an app that will pick colors based on what is already there.

Wow, I really appreciate everyone's ideas. I just could not figure out why the builder used two different colors that read as one but now I understand from all of your input that it would just be way too busy with two colors. And perhaps I am just going to have to accept that dark trim is a thing. Thank you for helping me move into 2022.
