Measurements: 17'2" deep, 11'10" wide.

New apartment. Want to start furnishing our living room, but not sure what the layout should be. The room is very big for a Manhattan apartment and its really deep, so I can't think of many layouts other than a couch, coffee table, then TV, but even then I feel like it will seem very empty. In terms of furniture, I want something comfortable and modern that blends in nicely with the apt.

There's also space for a kitchen table across since our kitchen is it's own room. I guess I could just put a small table there with it's own rug?

I've attached pictures as well as a 3D rendering of the entire apartment in order to give an idea. The current furniture is from my old apartment that I didn't throw out, but plan to probably get a bigger TV (maybe like 55-65, that one in the pic is 48" and definitely another TV stand). The rug is also from the room of my old apartment, but it doesn't go well with the floor.
