Kitchen paint conundrum

We are finishing up a "refresh" of our kitchen. So far, we've painted (most of the) cabinets, replaced DW and fridge, and installed counter tops. We have cherry on the range wall,

and a grey quartz on the sink side.

As you can see above, we removed wall cabinets and beadboard panel backsplash, and replaced with tile and open shelving:

We want to replace the blue wall paint, but we are stuck on color options. Gray seems obvious, but which one?

These are samples of BM paints. The color seems a bit off on some; probably due to the small sample size. Top Row (L to R): AF 670/Nightingale, HC 170/Stonington, AF 675/Fusion. Bottom Row (L to R): AF 605/Slip, SIdewalk Gray, Gray Owl, Cement Gray.

There is not really very much wall space, and there will be a lot of white trim/beadboard/cabinets, so a dark color could work (we all like Nightingale).

Any suggestions on a wall color that would work with gray and cherry countertops, and a lot of white-painted wood?
