Windows 10 - Delete documents and start over

I bought a new HP computer with windows 10 and Office 365. The old machine has windows 7.

I used carbonite to move my files from the old machine to the new one. But I must not have selected the right drive on the new machine because it deposited my 32K files (mostly pictures) on the"this PC" drive rather than the "data" drive.

The "This PC" drive is only 119GB while "data drive" is 919GB. So I assume that was the wrong drive. And "this PC" just about filled to capacity. During the online migration by carbonite (took 2 days) the power went off a couple of times.

I moved the files from "this PC" to "data" but I see that some of my video and picture files are empty. So something went wrong. Either because the drive was full or because the power went off.

I want to start from scratch. The new computer is only a week old and there isn't anything that I have done on it that I need to save. Is there a way that I can reset the storage to its original state and then start over again?

Thanks
