OK that helps. Bringing in the black will really help your overall look. Black helps "ground" a space. Here is a look that might be interesting and different for your high volume entry space. The glass globes hang from a center plate and you can design whatever look you want because each glass globe hangs independently. Believe it or not, it is pretty inexpensive as fixtures go for large, high ceiling spaces. This is a large home I did a couple years ago and with this turning staircase and a long window that faced outside, we wanted a "statement". This did it and didn't break the bank. You can get different numbers of glass balls as well. A good lighting store could help you do something like this.

I don't mind the table and mirror and can't really think of anything besides art that would fit on that wall. Can't see the table details well but could it be painted? How about red to match your lovely door? What would say "fresh and cozy" to you for that space? Have you thought of a new light fixture? A runner and a larger rug in the entrance could look good. I don't find the clock visible from the door to be welcoming so I'd be tempted to remove it.

Are we talking about the "entry" right at the front door? Or the space up on the step up area toward the stairs. Basically, though, it's the base of the table that will somewhat define the style. The more rustic, it becomes more "Mountain lodge" and the more refined it can go modern, contemporary or even more "transitional". They are also pretty expensive so before you invest money there, figure out how much you want to or can spend now, and then start selecting things you like and create an "Ideabook" here on Houzz. That will help you "define" which style direction you like. You can "like" a number of styles, but ultimately one will become more apparent than others.

Do you have a photo from farther away showing the whole front of the house? The first step is trimming back the shrub. It's customary to leave a foot of space between the branch tips and the walkway, stairs, or window ledge. Then pick up all the pots and flamingos to sort into "keep and replant" or "move somewhere else". You get a more dramatic effect from large pots of colorful flowers that don't block the steps. If you love the flamingos, make sure they are in tip top shape (clean and shiny) and not showing any sun fading. You can always move them to the back yard where you can see them from the kitchen window if you prefer a more formal look for your front yard this summer. A new door mat will look good. Screen doors are wonderful in many climates. I suggest getting an estimate for a new screen door. It may be a standard size and easy to replace.
