Store-bought fruit grafting questions for grafting experts here.

I found some very fresh and healthy (and delicious) mandarins at Trader Joe’s today. Based on Sunshine’s recommendations (I posted on your thread Sunshine), I have removed the leaves and am soaking them right now. I have some questions: 1) how long can I soak them? I just ordered parafin tape, but I will not get it till Monday. 2) The only rootstocks I have are calamondin or some unidentified lemon seedlings. Would any of these work? 3). How should I disinfect the stems and my tools? I watched some fruit mentor videos and he uses a 1.5% bleach solution. What do you guys use? Lastly, what type of grafting would be best to start with? I watched three videos...t-budding, z-budding, and cleft. The cleft looks the easiest, but he seemed to think z-grafting had a higher success rate. Which do you guys suggest for a beginner? Sunshine, how do you protect your grafts? Don’t they get moldy if you enclose them completely in plastic? Here are the stems:
