Homemade "shake & bake" pork chops

Sometimes I make homemade shake and bake with WW breadcrumbs and seasonings and bake in the oven. Do you think I could prepare them the same way but sautee in OO? Would the crumbs stick without flouring them and using egg? The chops I have right now are fairly thin and boneless so they wouldn't take long to cook.
