Vermont Flannel is great. I love their lounging pants, they are very heavy flannel and have pockets, which is kind of nice.

I buy them from Anthropologie, both for me(normal size) and for DD(petite). Unfortunately, it's pants only..they do carry nice sets but never saw them in flannel

So one kinda needs to worry about equally warm top. (I personally need two sometimes..I'm really cold at night)

I'm very pleased with a nightgown by DKNY which I saw by chance on sale in Macy's I think? Very impressed. (usually not a fan of the company). But it was a nightgown. who knows though. If they could make a nice nightgown-theoretically pajams should be okay too

PS I also wear these Anthro flannel pants a lot..:) Lets say more than I'd like to. They tend to have them in patterns though. Fits me since I like patterns. The price is fine especially as if I buy them it's before holidays/after hollidays, sales and all.

I bought a couple of sets from Herbergers right before Christmas. They were not expensive and are super comfortable.

I also wear pants only for the most part-- and I prefer Ralph Lauren. I wear their flannel and cotton-- but I recently ordered a pair of fleece accidentally (I thought I hated fleece) and I ended up loving them too.

Ralph lauren is not the thickest flannel.. but they're warm and soft.

I've been very happy with my flannel bedding from Garnet Hill so I wouldn't hesitate to try their flannel pjs.

oh I bought flannel set of bedding from Garnet Hill for my mother in law, She's in awe. She said it's the softest prettiest bedding she'd ever had(not that she had much..just to be honest). So if their pajamas are anything like their bedding..

I just got from Amazon a pair of very soft knit Karen Neuberger pjs in petite. Wore them for first time last night & loved them. Going to order more. I think they were $60.

Eddie Bauer fan here too. I bought a pair of pants just to wear to lounge in and love them.

I was about to say the same thing about Garnet Hill. I've only had their flannel sheets; DH and I both really like them. I've heard very good things about their Eileen Fisher knit night wear but never tried them. Land's End pima cotton nightwear is delightfully supersoft but I can't speak for the flannel. I don't wear flannel to bed as it sticks to the flannel sheets and I end up having to peel the layers apart--remember flannel boards in elementary school?

For Christmas, MIL got me some cute flannel houndstooth pattern pajamas, New Directions brand. Have them on right now! They are very soft. I think these are from Belk.

LL Bean flannel is very soft after about 4 washings & will last you the rest of your life.

lisaw2015 I have been looking at a pair on LL Bean for a few days and now I think I will order. Trying to decide if I should go ahead and find another item I could use to be over $50,.00 or pay shipping, as the ones I like are .05 away from Free Shipping. A discount code would be great too. I am always looking for the bargain. Thank you though for your comment. That was just the push I needed.
