Should I add more windows/vents to my Rion GH...?
Comments (2)Where will your exhaust fan be located. It needs to be opposite of the intake vent or louvre. Some opinions say not to have the roof vents open with the exhaust fan running. But I do both without a problem. Maybe because my exhaust fans are large enough to handle all the openings. By the time you add shade cloth you should be fine without adding anymore vents. Later in the summer if it is still too hot you could open the door or replace the panel in the door with screen....See MoreRoundup damage to large roses: should I prune? Can I add more roses?
Comments (13)I think there is some bacteria that will help get rid of the chemical they will absorb it and others will eat them. The ameoba and parameciams and protozoa that we learned about in 9th grade. Eventually the microbes will ameliorate. I like that word ameliorate the soil. It's your garden. Put what you want there. Maybe if you take some good soil from a place that you know grows good plants and sprinkle it on top it will rain down the good microbes. Maybe some good Organic fertilizers at the plant nursery will be good to sprinkle and make the soil good again. Don't they have something called starter fertilizers? To get the good things going again? I think rain eventually takes it away and it dissapates in the air and water and water vapor and the microbes....See MoreHello! Comments (91)Ok no worries! I usually use swatchpop and they just give you any ideas that you suggest. So here goes. I’m changing it up for summer. More color. I saw this on property brothers and I love it. Some of the pillows are from Target, especially the one I needed to pull this together. But unfortunately the color block is sold out! Help. I’m stuck for pillows! Here’s the idea and here’s what I got. I planned on using orange lamps because I don’t have the curtains. And can’t hang any in my living room anyway. Thanks for your help your awesome! The pink pillow is one I love that matches my flower arrangement. So if I get pink pillow, orange lamps, what do you think of this other pillow? Orange or blue? Hold on won’t let me post more pics.......See MoreCan I add more boho without adding more clutter? Living room re-do
Comments (34)I’m laughing at the thought of my squishy, comfy pillows being called forbidding or them fighting with anyone. I took a couple of more pictures, including the chairs without the pillows and I think you’ll agree that the cushions make them look more inviting, not less. Also rearranged so that people can see that the sofa facing the fireplace, chair at each side will not work in the space. I tried it as the most obvious answer and discarded it. It’s awkward to me, like the sofa is turning it’s back on everyone. Also, due to the placement of the fireplace, the sofa and chairs cannot be centered on the fireplace or the bedroom will be blocked completely. I can’t pull the sofa back much more without blocking the walkway. The fact is, space for the ‘living room” is much smaller than you think. I also pulled the rug away, to demonstrate that the rug and sofa not going together is kind of the least of this room’s problems. I wish I could get a good angle that shows just how off center the couch and chairs are....See Moremiss lindsey (She/Her)
