Seam in Quartz Counter Too

Paul Farrugia
Looking for some advice as I do not know much about the installation of quarts counter tops. I had my counter top installed yesterday. Originally the piece of quartz was one piece. Since my kitchen is on the second floor the piece was too large to get up the stairs. As a result the installers had to go back to their factory and cut the piece of quarts down. As a result I now have a seam. I am just wondering if the seam they made is professionally done or can it be done better.

I have attached some pictures to show what was installed. Not sure if my expectations are too high and I’m being unrealistic. Just want to know if I got scammed.

Looking for some advice

Thanks in advance.

If it’s unanimous that the install is bad I feel i should let you all know not to use this company.

Thanks
