need help choosing foyer and living room colors
Comments (6)caminnc - i was looking at 1068 (squire hill buff)but it was a little too dark. my painter lightened it up with some white and it's better. I'm just afraid it looks a little too orange or pink. I'm trying to find a nice beige color with a little gold in it without getting too orange. Someone mentioned bone white which I have in a bedroom and I really like. I was just looking for a little more color than that....See MoreNeed help choosing paint color for Kitchen/Living room/Foyer
Comments (0)Wife and I are looking into repainting the interior of our house. You'll see the paint test zones on the wall scattered around. Our house was painted by the previous owners. I just recently finished staining the cabinets and rebuilding the kitchen island. (Mind the mess in the photos!) Anyway Here's the photos. Looking to repaint the entire Foyer. I was considering painting the inside of the front door Red to match the outside... Still not sure. As for colors for the Kitchen/Living area we were looking for something more neutral in the house. Foyer is normal white builder paint Foyer front door wall is currently a warm orange color Kitchenette is a warm orange color Kitchen is Cream Family room is Cream Family room main wall is barn red...See MoreLiving room with foyer/"entryway" is a console a good idea? Comments (4)Yes, a narrow console table would look perfect there. I have this one from Ballard Designs...it is less than 11 inches deep!! They often have 25% off sales. Comments (3)here is the proposed exterior. We don't love the big blank wall in the front to the right of the window. Also, it seems like a lot of zig zags across the roof line....See MoreRelated Professionals
