home office ceiling light - size?

The office is 12’x12’ with a 9’ ceiling. There are four recessed lights in the corners. Looking to put a light in the center. Suggestions on dimensions. Like the Edison bulbs.

I hope the recessed lights are not actually in the corners but are placed out from the corners by a foot or so. I'm not sure why you want a fixture in the middle of the room. Is the desk going to be in the middle? Consider table lamps instead on the desk and console if that's the furniture you'll be using. But if you're adamant about a chandelier, look for a 24" diameter.

Also, Edison bulbs give an amber light, so if your reason has to do with work lighting, that might not be a good choice...

that would work. just make sure if you get a drum light, that it has either 3-60W bulbs or 2 bulbs that can accept up to 100w (with the LED lights, you can actually use the brighter bulbs because they use little wattage. )

fyi you posted the same link twice, 2nd I think that fixture is hugly over priced and you can get the same look for much less than that. lastly that fixture will not give you good working light, if that is what you need, if not im not sure when you would use it since its more decorative than anything. To me this room is all about the windows and view I would not even hang a ceiling fixture rather have some really cool lamps.the ceiling doesnt appear that tall. but it might be the angle.

Yes! Seeing this model makes me think that the ceiling should not be white, but either the pink or a lighter shade. I couldn't tell if you were incredulous about my colors, but I have eclectic tastes and furnishings. ;) My other choice was SW Dishy Coral and Alexandrite, but I went bolder.
