Like Norden Lights 90% are up after 9 days. I used a heat mat without thermostat and a humidity dome. Temp fluctuations were about 20 degrees F which I thought would doom me. Comments (18)love the Rose Parade! i want to go see it and just told my DH he's lucky i have the twins (neice & nephew) and my sis to take w/ me lol. if we ever end up in southern CA (i would love that lol) i'd love to volunteer to work on the floats. my fav is Mountain Majesty by Rain Bird, they had Heliconia rostrata, proteas, orchids and lots of other exotic tropical flowers i have in my garden. plus Jack Hanna. i just love all the diverse groups that march! o.k my second fav is the terracotta warriors lol ~ liz...See MorePicture of my son after the Rose parade

Pammy, his plans are to stay in Madison until August since he didn't get a sub-letter for his apartment and then move to Germany to submerse himself in the culture (German studies grad). Georgysmom, I heard that's what happened with the tv coverage of both the Stanford and Wisconsin bands. That's too bad for all their friends and family wanting to see them. If you you tube "Wisconsin Rose bowl halftime show" there is a 2 minute clip with another great shot of Ted.
