White. Black is too trendy and will look out of date soon

If you're going to be using modern furnishings with a lot of black metal, then the black probably wouldn't look out of place but, unless your exterior trim will also be black, black for interior windows will probably look dated before the end of the next decade, if not sooner.

Do the floor to ceiling windows open or are they fixed? If fixed and you're not planning to replace them with double pan windows, you might consider adding a storm window.

The floor to ceiling windows are fixed and are double paned. The black is so tempting but I am afraid of dating the house with something so pricey as windows since this is our 10+ year home and we won't likely want to make changes later. Thank for all of the advice.

i hardly think black is trendy. black metal windows have been around forever and a day. another option is to do wood interior that you can paint. if you ever tire of the black, you can always paint it white. I got my casement window wood interior/vinyl clad exterior. painted it black. love it.

i don't know what kind you're looking at, but you can't beat this for looks. how can this ever not be in style?

this is nice too. It would also depend on what else you're doing w/the house. If you're doing all white walls, then white would work. but so would black. I don't think you can go wrong with either one
