Can you whip cream cheese til it’s as fluffy as the commercial kind?

Some desserts never got made so now I have the block style cream cheese. I like whipped on my homemade banana bread. There are times when it’s 4 x the price of the block, so I figured this is the time to use these blocks and figure it out.

But googling “how to whip cream cheese” leads to suggestions of, “just add milk while whipping,” and the reviews that say this only leads to runny cream cheese, not truly whipped and fluffy cream cheese, that spreads luxuriously right out of the fridge. I don't want to flavor it, just plain.
