Crackers, Bread, from grain and seed

I'd nearly given up but the 3rd try hit the target. Oats and seed, no nuts.

The original recipe took some tweaking considering my new oven and ingredient adjusting mostly quantity, cups and measure, to accommodate my baking trays. It was frustrating while working on flavor, three varieties, having the final wet product filling shy of three trays, so 2.5, ... I only have the two trays. Now that I've adjusted the recipe, I can fill two trays perfectly, baking at the same time, shifting top to bottom only once. That third tray was a drag, dragging out the total cooking time, having to start it after the first two came out of the oven.

My baking trays, 10x15 steel, are an odd size. My wall oven cavity is small though very efficient. I needed to lower the temp and increase the cooking time...then finish on a low 90-100 temp to finish by dehydrating a bit. Resting/cooling with the oven off.

Shape/color profile. Batch two were too close in color/shape and flavors not strong enough. The 'cheese nip/goldfish' flavor needed more turmeric, ...chocolate/ginger needed more spice....the basic 'triscuit' needed more rosemary and good olive oil...

Next is to tackle the bread. Nuts, dried fruit, and a maple/bourbon soak for a holiday 'fruitcake' zip/pow...

I'll dig up the original recipes for the one or two that would care to make such a thing. : )

I now have 6 batches ready and measured to bake at my leisure for gifts and the charity bake sale.
