I put together a meatloaf that is now in the fridge to bake later. Will make twice baked potatoes & trying to decide what vegetable to cook. I am not a big meatloaf fan but my husband loves it.

I really like a good meatloaf, usually fix mine with carrots and potatoes plus onion with mine, sometimes make gravy with the drippings. In order to cook the veggies with the meatloaf, cover and bake all together for awhile. Your supper sounds good.

We're having green Chile chicken enchiladas.

Seagrass, we just had those enchiladas a few days ago. Today I thawed out leftover turkey n dumplings. I forgot that they were turkey n dumplings and not chicken n dumplings. The chicken and noodle over mashed potato post made me hungry for something similar.

I had a meatloaf dinner last night-not as good as yours, Marilyn-it was a Stouffers frozen meal. Tonight I'm cooking a pork chop-will have some applesauce, corn, and some salad.Maybe some ice cream for dessert.

The meal in our dining room tonight is crab stuffed pollock. No matter what they do to pollock it usually tastes too fishy for me.

Today I went bowling and then some shopping. That always makes me tired. I made a package of Suddenly salad pasta salad. After I rest a little I will cook some frozen meatballs in spaghetti sauce for meatball subs.

Very simple meal: egg salad on a croissant.

Roasted red pepper soup, cabbage rolls with extra tomato sauce, carrots with dill butter and pickled beets.

I took My friend out for a birthday lunch with a bunch of garden club friends. We were at a great seafood place I had had the comb platter with crawfish and shrimp and sweet potatoe fries, it was perfect.

Tonight I have a Cajun deboned stuffed chicken in the oven. Stuffed with crawfish jambalaya.

Spaghetti with meat sauce, garlic toast, and salad. I made a apple pie with apples given to me.

You won't believe what DH and I had for dinner since neither of us felt like doing/having much. Chopped white fish salad, pickled herring, and prosciutto. Funny about so many of us having meatloaf. I am on the meatloaf bandwagon too. I bought some chuck chopped to make meatloaf this Sunday for the littles when they come to decorate my house for Christmas and make some crafts and goodies.

Roasted a nice hen with kasha stuffing with onions and mushrooms, a much loved favorite. Added carrots, onions, parsnips, and rutabaga to the roasting pan first, perched the stuffed and buttered chicken on top.

Yum! That carrot cake sounds so good, I can't even imagine how good it smells :) For dinner I made mashed potatoes and crockpot onion soy sauce stew meat. I forgot the actual name.

Had lasagna roll ups from Schwans. Covered it with daughters home canned spaghetti sauce with some crumbled Italian turkey sausage added. Made a tossed salad to round out the meal. Later indulged in a piece of Dove chocolate for dessert.

I started with the idea of chicken-something. I saw plain yogurt and thought Tandoori Chicken, but found I was out of tandoori paste, but found a jar of Moroccan habibi sauce, and forged on with a plan to make Habibi Chicken. For a side then obvious choice would then be Couscous with vegetables, but I found I was out of couscous as well, but I had pearled barley left from a Blue Apron recipe I didn't make, so I cooked that, added cooked red pepper, zucchini, and mushrooms in a butter and lemon sauce. For being a total improv, it turned out pretty good.

King crab legs, salad and sour dough bread. We'll have the rest of the crab for dinner tonight. We just had dungeness crab a few days ago, but Costco had these and they looked so good we couldn't resist. Definitely getting our fill of crab this week!

Oh Dawn I have not had king crab in a long time-think I need to get some. Love king crab!

janey, they were so good! I hope you can find some - A lot of people out here on the west coast have them for Christmas Eve dinner.
