Help us change colors of this pink house-please!
Comments (22)These are the official Frazee paint colors the developer supplied to me when I requested them. Although a Homeowners Ass'n was never established there are CC&Rs in our deeds. Most neighbors do not want to stray too far a field from the original concept of the neighborhood. Neutral colors have been introduced, but dark colors or green/blues would not be appropriate. Comments (16)These pictures are similar to what you are proposing. The top and bottom are the same color but different materials. In the first picture I like the white board that separates the top and bottom - it makes it seem like the different materials are deliberate. This third picture has similar colors to your current roof and siding. I think I like the white shutters better than your current black ones. Here's a rough idea of what you could achieve with some paint and evergreen shrubs. You have a nice house to work with. For the evergreen shrubs, take your house photo and the measurements of the bed to a local nursery. They'll ask you which direction your house faces so they know how many hours of sunlight your shrubs will get. Choose ones whose mature height and width are suitable, so you won't need to prune them. That information will be on the plant tags. Also choose some trailing ones that will hang over the front wall....See MoreExterior accent colors for red orange brick house

Comments (2)I don't know how to help you fix it, but your photos are so small that I can't see the them at all. With apple green I'd suggest neutralizing with black and white and then adding in some other clean vibrant colors with accessories....See MoreAugustine Fontanez
