I plan on getting 6 inch can lights installed in the Living and Family rooms.

Size of Living is 21 X 24

Size of Family is 19 X 20

Should I get 4 or 6 lights installed? If I go with 6, should I have two dimmer switches controlling 3 lights each?

Also, I would like to install Philips Hue bulbs in the future. Do I have to do anything now to future proof it? Thanks!
