Comments (31)I'm sorry, Gellchom. You are so sweet to ask. I started a new thread "Update on Anna" since this one was getting quite lengthy. She got the results from the Pet scan on Wednesday of this week. It showed a spot on her spine that could possibly be the result of an old injury, which she doesn't remember having, but at any rate they are going to do an MRI on April 2nd. She will see the oncologist on April 17th and learn the results then. I'm hanging on to the thought that she fell down a complete flight of stairs at home a few years ago and hit the wall in front of her with her left foot. Tore her heel all to pieces and she has a brass plate and screws in it. She was off work for several weeks. Nothing was said about a back injury at the time, but????? Comments (22)Her name is Haley, she is 8 years old. She,and her siblings were spending the summer with Grandma and Grandpa in Montana. She got an Ear infection the somehow progressed to bacterial meningitis. They had to fly her to a children's hospital in Salt Lake City. Comments (18)Thank you all for your prayers and good thoughts. Caroline, his first name is Lawrence and he lives in Mississippi, is in hospital in Mobile Alabama. They have done more tests but told my niece last night that they would not be able to tell her anything until monday. They did say the type of tumor it is, is always secondary to other tumors in the body, so they are doing MRIs etc. Very scary and sad time for them.
