Replace kitchen tiles with hardwood

We have hardwood floors throughout the ground floor, apart from in the kitchen, which has tile.

We had the tile installed a couple of years ago with a new kitchen, but don't like it because it's cold and the edges of the tiles feel sharp underfoot.

Also the two thresholds between the tile and wood look messy as the wood is about 2mm higher than the tile.

Unfortunately the kitchen cabinets sit on top of the tiles. Is it possible to temporarily move/lift them to install wood flooring?

I guess we'd need to remove the tile and also the board underneath. Would appreciate any advice. Thanks!
