How long can keep defrosted cookie dough in the refrigerator? And nuts

We had a second refrigerator in the garage that we used for long term freezing. It failed and we had to move everything into the kitchen refrigerator. There was no room in the freezer for the cookie dough, nuts, and
frozen cookies and cake. So they had to go in the kitchen refrigerator, which is set at 36 degrees F.

The dough is question – if ingredients make a difference - is that for Pecan Dreams: so butter, flour,
sugar, and pecans. No eggs.

I am still working my way through the defrosted cookies (poor me) so have not been in the mood to bake more cookies.

The nuts are black walnuts, which I was lucky enough at buy at a farm stand driving through Iowa during the summer. If they can be refrozen we probably have room in there now.

We’re going to try to manage with one refrigerator: there are only 2 of us at home now. Thanks!
