Could you help me ID my new succulents?

Hi everybody! I am Erica and I’ve just got two different succulents (or at least I believe they are ones) but the place where I bought them didn’t label the specific species of succulent. I am having an hard time trying to identify them through online sources and books. I know that succulents have different water and lighting requirements and I would like to care for them in the best way possible. So I was wondering if anyone could help me understand what kind of plants they are so I can properly care for them and make them grow healthy. Thank you very much and sorry for my poor English!

Ps: on the pot of the green plant with thicker leaves there was a label saying “Peperomia variety” but from the pictures that I’ve watched online it didn’t seem like any of the Peperomia plants that were showed.

Hello, sorry I’m in a rush so will just say the pink variegated one looks like a type of Tradescantia, something that I wouldnt really consider as a succulent.

Your English is just fine, trust me, I’m English and you write better than some I know! Perhaps add some location/zone info after your name, go to your profile and add it as your second name I think :-)

Thanks for your advise! I’ve edited my name, I hope it’s right like this :) I think your guess is right, based on the pictures online when I searched “Tradescantia” my plant could be a “Tradescantia Fluiminensis Tricolor”. Thank you so much for your reply!

Thanks so much for your reply! Someone on another forum was able to ID it as Euphorbia drupifera, and looking at the pics that's definitely it. The leuconeura is very similar to it though - that's a neat plant! Thanks again! :)

Alicia Terrariums are good for moisture loving plants but not succulents. They look nice in stores, are widely photographed, many instructions on 'how to plant' is all over web and stores even offer classes. Many glass containers (terrariums or glass bowls/dishes) are very nice. But for long term, succulents hardly survive. And if they do, do not usually look that great after a while. I would have used extra $10 to buy more plants :) - but you have a nice container, could be filled with some moss, mini ferns...

Hi Gina, no apologies needed:-) people her will chime in on the IDs, it's not a pain at all, and the list is a little less active because it's JUNE, yay, we are all out in the dirt:-) if you don't get a response soon, try this: repost your photos with numbers and just a short request for ID's. That makes it easier for folks to answer. usually you'll get several responses, with each person just IDing a couple plants, rather than one person doing it all. The numbers help make it easier for several folks to each focus on what they know best.

I think 2 is actually Euphorbia x japonica. Not sure about 1, but it's also a Euphorbia as Rina said.
