HELP white spot on leaves and leaves falling

Hello,

It's my first post, I like reading this forum but I didn't find a solution for my lemon tree issue on the web.

I grow 2 lemon trees from one seed (from lemon I find on the market) for now one year. I live in Paris.

What I do:

- Monitor the soil humidity with a device.

- Water them when needed. watering the soil until water flow from the bottom of the pot.

- Feed them each month with a 5-4-9 NPK 3 MgO.

- I just changed the soil (yesterday) because it was wrong (mostly peat and sand). So, now I have a 40% akadama / 20% Perlite / 10% Kanuma / 30% humus mix I got from a bonsai shop.

Issue I have:

- The leaves get small white spark that grow and kill the leaves, then the leaves

fall. They have already lost 50% of their leaves.

It started in the middle of summer. I was convinced that it was sunburn so I've put them away from the sun for 3 weeks but it didn't improved.
