Structural column, can we move it?! Help please

We are wanting to make our current dining room our pantry which involves moving our current study wall back 2 feet (which has a structural beam in the middle of it, with a cantelievered headed beam above it). We also want to get rid of the walkway from the front door to the dining room adding that wasted space to the study, get rid of the angled door wall currently in the study and add a straight wall from the front door to the Stairs. Pics are attached. Can we now move the column post to where the wall will meet the stairs since that is where the beam ends and the new wall will no longer canteliever the header beam? The basement has the same structural because we originally planned the basement design the sameas our current main floor design, but when we finished the basement we moved the walls to where I *want* to move the main floors. The basement column didn't get moved because it didnt Interfere with the bedroom wall.
