I am very confused without a picture. I am not sure where you painted Dromedary Camel, and is Biltmore Buff the trim or another room color? I am not familiar with that color and my neighbor still has my color decks:( Why not pick another color on the same color stick as Dromedary Camel for your dining room (seems like you want a lighter color than Dromedary camel). There is a color at the top of that stick called Autumn Blonde (?? unsure with out my sticks) and I think, another color called sundew. Personally, I would paint the dining room an olive green especially if you have a chair rail with decorative molding below. In our previous home, the builder painted all the trim in SW Crystal White. Its a soft white and goes well with everything, even Dromedary Camel. Right now I have super white with Dromedary Camel and it looks fine, but I would have preferred a softer white than the stark white. Going to ivory is adding too much yellow to the trim.

Why dont you do Something like Dunn Edwards Silver Polish for cabinets, with Meek Moss Green as an accent and our Heirloom Shade for trim. It’s completely ridiculous Judy, and frustrating. It’s the builder, not the painter. They just paint what they’re told to. That is beautiful. But is the trim Dover, or similar? Here is a pic of my cabinets with the Dover. In person the paint makes the cabinets look blue, which they are not. Even the kids asked why they were blue. I have a sample I’ve viewed in different lighting and it is a really nice white, just not with that paint. So I need a paint that will balance between the trim and the cabinets. Also, this is the natural light at about 5pm on a cloudy day. The kitchen faces east.

Sorry so many comments, internet slow and won't take a lot of pics at once. Walls Bittersweet stem, accent wall as above. I'd paint the door the wall color since you don't have trim around it. It looks unfinished in these pics. not sure these are the right colors but they give you the idea.
