thai pepper plant germinated in september — now what?

last modified: 6 years ago

hi, all. in my newly-green-thumb excitement, i germinated a few thai pepper plants in september, well before the commonly recommended "8-10 weeks before last frost." (the winters are pretty mild here in zone 10, and i expect no frost.)

i'm not expecting the plants to fruit until next summer, but how best to care for them until then? keep them indoors? will there be issues because they've germinated in september instead of january or february?

thanks in advance.
